Dear Vinnie,

Thank you for designing such a wonderful kitchen for me. It’s absolutely beautiful and its not even finished yet! I’ll send you pictures when it’s completed. I especially love the long counter that was your idea. I was worried it would close in the room but it doesn’t at all. In fact, it’s tuned into my little project area. It’s been my favorite spot in the apartment to make Christmas presents or wrap presents or pay bills. So, you can see I’m using the kitchen very often and it’s not even a real kitchen yet. Well Vinnie, thank you again. You were an absolute pleasure to work with and please feel free to use me as a reference anytime you wish. Hoping you’ve been well and not working to hard!

Dear Vinn[ie] and Kevin,

We are very pleased with our new kitchen that Royal Kitchen[ Corp.] installed after they gutted the old kitchen. From the very beginning, Kevin worked patiently with us as we picked out the cabinets, flooring and the countertops. He had several good ideas that were employed: putting in a spice rack, putting in the backsplash around the window, and installing two lazy susans in the cabinets that would otherwise be wasted space. Vinn[ie] suggested that we extend and widen the center island which allowed us to have drawers and cabinets on both sides. This gave us a lot more cabinet space. We are very happy with these additions and modifications. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful, and the workmanship was perfect thanks to Jose and his crew. The moldings on the top and on the bottom give a very finished look.

Vinnie,

We wanted to take a minute to tell yu that after a few months of living with our new kitchen, we are very happy with it. It is not only beautiful, but also well designed for purpose and efficiency. Your help in identifying the mix of colors and materials resulted in a beautiful kitchen that is more open and spacious. Without changing the overall size of the kitchen, we still gained storage space and functionality. You clearly take pride in your company and it shows by your enthusiasm and by the professionals that you hire to work for you.

Your workers were professional and experts at their trade. Whenever we had questions, they took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Whenever there were decisions to be made, even small decisions such as spackle color or placement of knobs, they gave us advance notice that a decision would have to be made and provided examples and alternatives, so that we didn’t have to make any rash decisions. Everything was always thought out and well planned. When a cabinet arrived that was slightly damaged en route and not to the high standards that your workers expect, they had the company send a replacement. I don’t think we would have even noticed the imperfection had your workers not pointed it out. When we were considering different alternatives on cabinet doors and other things, Kevin took the time to do the research for us. Your office staff, your construction workers and even the companies that you sub-contracted to for the plumbing, electricity, tile and stonework were a pleasure to deal with. We would not have wanted to try to coordinate all of those ourselves, which I know would have been the case if we had gone with the other kitchen places that we considered before deciding on your company.

We have friends who just had their kitchen remodeled and we can see that not every company pays the same attention to detail as Royal Kitchen does. From the design quality of materials to the attention to detail, we can see that you truly are experts in your trade.

We will always recommend you to family and friends.

Dear Vinnie,

We recently had our kitchen remodeled and we are extremely happy with the result. We are writing this letter to complement you and your staff.

Kevin drew up an excellent plan. It was well thought out and the results show it. Peter is an excellent supervisor and attended to everything that had to be done. He was efficient and knowledgable. He made what could have been a stressful situation, calm and pleasant. Jose, the carpenter, is an artist. His work is excellent and far exceeds the norm. All of your staff, including Angel, Jose, both Matts, and Ronin were skillful and pleasant. The tile installers did an excellent job. The electrician used materials that exceeded the standards in a private home. His placement of the lights and fan were perfect.

The products that you use are of the highest quality, as is the workmanship of your people! In conclusion, our kitchen far exceeded our expectations. We just love it!

      The complete kitchen renovation done in our home by Royal Kitchen [Corp.] has met and exceeded our expectations.      The project manager, Mr. Peter Kral, is an experienced knowledgeable man well suited for his position. We found his quiet calm approach through the planning stages most refreshing and reassuring. His suggestions were appealing to our tastes as well as our finances. There was never a doubt in our minds concerning what he said he would do and when he would do it. His scheduling of various trades people was on target and went on without a glitch. Never did we hear about changing the plans to accomodate the needs of another job or a trades persons schedule. Mr. Kral’s systematic, precise and assured approach to accomplishing his end does indeed put him in an enviable position of being a cut above the rest.

     Royal Kitchen employees were, without exception, clean, and neatly dressed in company monogrammed uniforms. Their demeanor was beyond reproach. All were polite and courteous to each other and worked in harmony on the task at hand. There was no off color language and certainly no smell of the lunch time beer found so often with contractor help. Cleaning the work area at the end of the day was standard procedure. The house was protected where possible from dust and offensive odors as best as could be expected. We felt very secure with the men in the house.

     Mr. Castiello, we have proudly shown our renovation to neighbors contemplating a similar project. Your company comes with our highest recommendations.

From the planning stage with Kevin and Vinn[ie] to completion, the kitchen remodeling went very smoothly and according to plan. Kevin took an overwhelming decisioin process and broke it down for us into manageable pieces. Due to the extensive conversations, planning and recommendations before the project began, we felt confident in our color and material choices. Vinn[ie] worked diligently to keep the costs in line with our budget and provide us with cost-efficient suggestions for the new design.

            Our kitchen is finally done. What can we say… words just can’t describe it. You took an idea, put it to paper, and then made it a beautiful reality. The praise and amazement from friends and family is overwhelming. You and your staff are top notch. Joe & Peter from their help in the showroom, to Peter being there on the first day of demolition and introducing us to Max, Berto and eventually Jose. The hard work they put in was amazing. They also did the little extras every day that meant a lot to us. The craftsmanship in the quality of the cabinets, and their ability to make it fit together is a credit to them and you. Every one of the sub-contractors were just as great. Henry the electrician, and Wesley for tiles just can’t be beat. We just want to say thank you Vinnie for all you did and for your professionalism and dedication to detail that is carried through into your entire staff.
